I have been trying to install php MYSQL. I just read 3 pages of comments on the issue for instructions on how to install. I created all the files, did my downloads, my ini file and anything else that was in the instructions. Problem is they all say go to the MYSQl file and click on "bin" and then the exe file. Well, I have no bin folder and I went through the entire folder structure (Allot of them) but no exe files anywhere. I went back and got an earlier version and still same problem, no bin folder or exe file. Anybody know the process to install this thing or did I somehow download the wrong file. it is the only windows file I saw. using windows xp.

If there is no bin folder, then yes, you've downloaded the wrong file.
If you're sure you're in the correct directory, and that the installation (Should you have used an installer.) went sucessfull, then re-download from here.
