Ever wonder how you can get that little Web icon in the URL Address bar to be something different than the default?
All you need to do is make a 16x16 bmp image and name it "favicon.ico" (with out quotes) and put it in your htdocs folder!, when you add it to your favorites you will then see your little icon where the default was (in IE 5 and up anyways!)
Also, while Im talking about this, Aprelium... can I use your little Abyss logo for my URL Icon, you know kinda like loyalty! |

Also remember to save it as a 16 color bitmap or it wont work ;-)

Course you dont! I use paint every time to make one and I have no problems :P Just make sure you have file endings activated ;-)

| well i made one (of the abyss logo...hope i can use it though) it looks pretty crappy when you look at it on the desktop, but once you put it in your "htdocs" folder, and add your site to your favorites, hit refresh, it then looks much better! Maybe Aprelium can add it to there site so everyone can download it! |
