Is there any way to limit the amount of data a perticular host can transfer. I have found out how to limit the speed each host can have. I have Abyss X2

Of course you can. Open the console and press "Configure" in front of the host you'd like to limit its bandwidth.
Select "Bandwidth limits" and press "Add...". Enter / in Scope (which means that the rule applies to all the site) and then enter the bandwidth limits (in KB/s) in the following fields. Press OK and restart.
The per host bandwidth limits dialog is documented in http://www.aprelium.com/data/doc/2/abyssws-win-doc-html/hosts-configuration.html#HOSTS-THROTTLE (section Bandwidth Limits).
You can also add rules to limit the bandwidth for a directory (/dir1/dir2) or a group of files (/*/mp3 for example).
If you have more questions, you can send them to our technical support.
