Well, I finally got my server back up. And I forgot how to let people download from it. Can someone please help me out?

It's litterally as simple as linking to those files.
<a href='mpegs/wedding.mpg'>Watch my wedding!</a> would send wedding.mpg to the client for viewing/downloading (Depending on settings/plugins.)
(I hope that's what you meant, anyway.)

Oh, ok. I do have some video files I'd like to share, but they don't seem to work. Only MP3 files do. Any help?

In light of you speaking to me on AIM, as I've said, for them to play in the browser, they need to have a matching plugin.
As long as I have a plugin that will play that kind of file enabled, it'll play. If I don't then it'll prompt a download.
