Ok I have a question, is there a way to set it up so someone has to sign up to download a program or sumthing were the Admin doesnt have to sign them up. and is it possible so that when they sign up on PHPBB fourms that user and Password is also used for the User and Pass for the Download section? Thanks in advace.

If you know someone who has some time, they could easily use the phpbb database for a "members area".
