| I installed it into C:/ but Im not sure were to go from here. I looked at some tutorials on the site but they seem to be out of date. Thank you in advance for any help. |

I highly suggest that you install phpMyAdmin to manage MySQL.
It will allow you to create the databases needed for whatever you installed MySQL for. |

| Ok I got mysql running, all I needed to do was run mysqld.exe in the /bin. Im going to get PHPmyadmin now, thanks. |
