I'm unable to use my web server

I keep getting the Listening Error and I'm not really sure what to do about this. I tried port forwarding and I also made sure that no other application was using the same port as the server. Please help. Thank you!

Listening problem means that another application maybe using the same port
that Abyss Web Server runs on , you can add me on your messenger for help.

A listening problem means that the port is already used by another software on your computer. Please read http://www.aprelium.com/data/doc/2/abyssws-win-doc-html/portsproblems.html for more information.

We recommend using the free utility ActivePort. ActivePort is available from
http://www.protect-me.com/freeware.html and will let you know the name of
the application that uses a each port.
