Hello could somebody please help me, ive searched already and found that most people like guild ftp, i went to there site but didnt find much information.

I need a FTP server which can:

Limit connected users speed to say 5kb (they can only upload to server @ 5kb/s).
Limit so users can only send 2 files at a time.
Block certain files eg. *.jpg

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can try a fully functional version FREE for 15 days, it takes just minutes to download and setup. You'll have access to free e-mail support and our online and in-program help should you need it, but BulletProof also means user friendly!

GuildFTPd I'm not sure if it does all that your asking for, nor do I use it anymore, I don't need an FTP server.

Have you tried Cerberus? www.cerberusftp.com/ It's free for personal use or by nonprofits, I have young friends who swear by it. Don't run one myself though.

Download the Extended HTML Help version of the PHP manual from : http://www.php.net/download-docs.php . It contains the PHP manual, useful users notes, and has powerful search.

The URL of the English version is http://www.php.net/get/php_manual_chm.zip/from/a/mirror .
