| This my sound ridicules but everything works fine except when two of my friends with dialup connections try to get to my page they can't connect. Five other friends with cable have no problem viewing my page. All on the same ISP. No problem, just wondering why. |

Are they using something like AOL with parental controls? Just a thought, its the only thing that I can think of :(.

Ask the friends who cannot see your site to test the command:
Do they get 100% of the packets pinged correctly?

So this is a connection/network problem. They cannot reach your IP for some reason.
What is the IP you are telling them to connect to?
