How can I create MySQL users so in ZPanel, they can create MySQL DBs and everything?

actually.... It is more the MySQL, can anyone help me? What happens is when I go into phpMyAdmin, I click "Privelleges" Then, I click "Add User" then, I get an error "Problem with mysqld-nt" then I must restart my MySQL in order for it to work again.. I am using MySQL 5.0.1 alpha-nt....
