I have the ASR-8400 myself. Good choice :D
The problem you have is that the router doesn't support loopback - this is when you try to access your website via the external IP from either of the PCs which are now on your LAN. There is no way of fixing this on the actual router - however, you can edit your Windows hosts file so that when you type your website name it uses the LAN IP of your server instead - this way it will still appear to be working for you with the name, rather than you having to type your IP or computername instead.
For other PCs on the internet to access your PC, you will need to set up a Virtual Server on your router - this is another name for port forwarding. All port forwarding does is tell the router that any traffic arriving on a particular port should be sent on to a machine inside the LAN rather than just dropped, which the router will do by default. The manual has a pretty good section on how to set this up.
There are also a few interesting security 'quirks' to your router you probably want to close... |

TRUSTpunk, while you're sorting it out, I'd suggest helping him set up virtual servers to forward ports 21, 253, 254 and 255 to *non existant* IP addresses on the LAN. The Origo routers are insecure by default.
There are also settings for disabling HTTP administration from the WAN side of the router which should be used... |

I wasn't suggesting you'd have a problem with the setup - just letting you know that out of the box, these routers have a rather large and nasty security hole. They have an unprotected admin interface on port 254 - which isn't even mentioned in the manual for the router :O Redirecting this port via a virtual server effectively disables it.
