ok HERE'S THE SITUATION , IM USING NO-IP AND ABYSS, WORKS GREAT FOR HOSTING MY WEB SITE OFF MY OWN COMPUTER, BUT I WANT TO USE GUILD AS MY FTP SERVER OR CAN SOMEONE RECOMEND A VERY SIMPLE FTP SERVER TO MAKE MY E: DRIVES FILES AVAILABLE FOR FTP , AND WHAT I WOULD PUT AS A LINK TO GET TO THE FILES FROM MY WEB SITE WHEN THE FTP SERVER IS RUNNING , IM NEW TO THE FTP WORLD AND NEED TO MAKE ALL THOSE FILES AVAILABLE , ***** HELP ***** EMAIL ME PROZZACK_9999@HOTMAIL.COM _________________ Jason Mullen

Walks you right through the whole thing. Once you have it set up, you can link from your webpage with simple

My , e:\drive is for my files , and what does the virtual path exactly mean and when you put file name , is that to point to a specific file , because i want them to be able to browse the ftp dir.....
i would appreciate your help on this issue , i have been doing this stuff for 15 years and this is my first ftp server..... so once i get this it wont be a prob in the future..... thanks again in advance....
