I was able to install and use DISCUSware with abyss as long as I set everything up through address for abyss "browse website". When I access it from other computers web pages will not load. So I re- installed DISCUSware with my no-ip address and was able to access from other computers but not the server. Tried to set up admin and password on another computer but to no avail...password promt just kept coming up.
DISCUSS suggested it was a web server problem:
"web server currently does not handle the POST method properly for submitting forms to CGI scripts. "
How do I fix this??

Abyss Web Server supports POST request and more. So the problem is not there.
If you can browse this forum from your computer, this means that Abyss Web Server works fine.
If you can't browse it from other computers, this is related to your network configuration and has to do with how to make your web site available for other users on the internet.
Please browse the "Networking Issues" section for more information on how to solve this kind of problems.
By the way, can you access your site (any part, not only DiscusWare pages) from other computers using no-ip? Or is the problem only related to the DiscusWare pages?

This seems to be a DISCUSS configuration issue. Have you entered in DISCUSS configuration a full URL with a specific IP or domain name?
Can you please send your abyss.conf file to support@aprelium.com and tell us from which URL we can download this package. We'll give it a try and will tell you what's wrong with your configuration.
