The correct term is smtp. SMTP is the "sendmail" part of a mail server as opposed to the receiving end, the pop3 part.
You can search these forums for "mail servers" and you will find many. I am using Argosoft from http://www.argosoft.com/applications/mailserver/ .

Your ISP has already an SMTP server that you can use. It is actually what you use to send mails with Outlook (or your favorite mail client.) _________________ Support Team
