How do you set the permissions for files? I can't seem to find this.
BTW: I'm on windows xp, if that matters.
This is the script i am trying to use, but can't change the permissions that are needed.

You don't set file permissions on a WinXP
or any type of Windows Operating System. |

| so, in order to use that script i can't be on windows? Also, what are the permission settings at for windows? |
