| I am presently using and learning phh version 4.3.4 and I understand that there is a 5.0 version out. Dose anyone recomend upgrading to the new 5.0 or just keep using what I have? |

i would keep the one you have. I would recommend a php upgrade after the abyss server is upgraded cause it may not work.

PHP 5 introduces a lot of new technologies that you probably won't need to use if you aren't already experienced in PHP 4.

I am using php 4.3.7 and Mysql 4.1.2a and works great. I tried using newer version and spent days trying to get it to work. My suggestion would be the same as the others stick with what is proven to work.
