Hi,
Set up the server with no problems. NICE! I am behind a router and software firewall.(windows xp firewall) Everything is running smoothly. I am configuring my xp pro services and setting everything to stop/manual/automatic in order to save resources. What is the minimal services needed for the server to run?

The server isn't dependent on any of the Windows services as such, it's just Windows itself that will break if you disable the wrong one :D
Check out this tweak guide for some useful tips on what can safely be disabled.

Thank you for the reply. Was at that site earlier and had disabled most of the services suggested.
The server is and has been running perfectly since instalation. |
