I am tring to conect to my database trough Dreamwaver MX
and i get some error messages do i have to dive Dreamwaver a promision in MySQL dto do this

Make sure you are trying to access the correct database. Go into MySQL\data to see what dabases you have (the folders). Also, make sure you're using the correct username and password.
