Everyone can, if you give them your current IP address (e.g., 205.201.55.133). However, if you have a "dynamic" IP address (and you quite likely do), you can get around trying to keep up with your ever-changing address by getting your own domain name (e.g., genechan.homeip.net - don't try this one right now... It all depends on the Port you are on and what type of address you want for
your website , you should sign up for a free no-ip account and use the port
forwarding that they have on their website , if you have your website on the
default port 80 , just setup a normal A record and use the DUC to update all
of your websites with your new IP when it changes. Have A Nice Day !
