Maybe I should know this but I don't. Is there a way to reset my access.log file and if so could someone please tell me how to do it because I am totally lost on how to do so.

Stop the server, delete the access.log file if you don't want to analyze any of the statistics and restart the server again. It will create a new access.log file when you start it...
Alternatively, have a look at this - http://www.aprelium.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3553
You could schedule it to run at quiet points in the day rather than having to be around to do it... |
