My friend cant view my site with just my ip address. My firewall is set up to allow incoming traffic and i have no idea what to do

It is still on 80. but i have tried changing it.

your ip address could have changed?
your firewall needs to give outgoing access for port 80 too
try random ports incase your isp blocked 80
do you have a router? |

I have tried different ports.
Yes i do have a router.

| youll need to set the router up to forward port 80 to you |
