Is there any way to track the speed at which my server is uploading to users? |

You could look at the timestamps in your log (typically, C:\Program Files\Abyss Web Server\log\access.log), and look at the interval between the first thing that loads on a given page and the last. You'd have to look at a bunch of these intervals, because the difference would also be dependent on the speed of the user's connection, as well as your own, it seems to me. I don't know of any log analyzers that attempt to do this kind of report, but maybe someone else does or has a better method.

I'd just install a personal firewall with a decent gui e.g. Kerio / Tiny Personal Firewall and either look at the real time stats of outgoing speed, or look at long term averages in the history windows. |
