Ok..so my friend has given me the webserver and such to host a webpage for him. Problem is, to set up one thing, I need to log into the console. Is there any way to find out the password for the stuff he gave me? I mean, he's busy alot so I find it hard to contact him. Is there any other way to get the password so I can get the website up and running? Or perhaps to change it? Any help is appreciated.

the only way to get in if you lost your password is............ by looking in the FAQ!
1. I have lost my console access login and password. How can I recover them?
You cannot recover them but you can reset them. Open the configuration file abyss.conf usually located in the Abyss Web Server installation directory. Remove the lines beginning with Login and Password. Open the console. You will be asked to choose new console credentials. |

Thanks..as i said, im kinda new at this..and right now im a bit braindead. Hehe. I get that way sometimes.
