| Hey how do i make it where if you want certain access to a certain htm file you have to be apart of a group??? and how to make them register a username and password??? and setup a forum??? |

Install a forum script. Read our tutorials section for PhpBB for example.

for the forum you could also try to found E-blah forum ...
E-blah run under perl and should comply with what you ask for. |
