PMA Database ... not OK

Hi
when connecting to mysql database i recieve the following error message.

Database mysql running on localhost
PMA Database ... not OK[ Documentation ]
General relation features Disabled

I clicked on the documentation, but couldnt work out where i had to do what.

If anyone knows how i can fix this and can help, it would be much appreciated.

Dayne,
