After much research, primarily on the nokia site, I have found I need to add the proper mime type in order to handle xhtml file. I've added the following:
application/xhtml+xml xhtml
This was per Nokia but it is giving me an error telling me that it cannot find a style. Can someone point me in the right direction or provide the proper mime type? Thanks in advance!

The mime type you defined is OK. Perhaps there are other missing things (MIME declarations for example).
