| Ok, I erased the login and password lines. But when I try accessing my Console it still shows my login name and still asks for my password. |

Go to your abyss config file and erase the encrypted password and login name , then try logging in , you should see something asking you for a new password 8)

| Thats what I did. But it still showed my old username when asking for my password. |

If you didn't turn your abyss server off while changing the config file , that can cause that to happend I think , I did the same thing and it asked for a new password so i don't know why your not getting a new password , what I told you is right 8)

Reading the FAQ may have saved you from a reinstallation since the answer to your question is already there.
