I know that there are many threads like this, I've seen them. However, they did not help me.
My problem is very irritating and I'm not very educated in this department, I'm not going to lie.
I download the No-IP client, I made a No-IP Host (http://r0b.redirectme.net) and I'm trying to use Abyss Web Server X1 to have my own index thing so I can share files to other people by just moving it into a folder.
I've been going at this thing for hours, I can't get it to work. I can see it fine, however, when I ask one of my friends to see if it worked, they said it says "The server at r0b.redirectme.net is taking too long to respond."
Additional information: I'm on a Linksys Wireless Router. |

I have looked at it, it's rather confusing, I'll keep trying to understand. |

Alrighty, I get most of it until it gets to the actual Port-Fowarding for Applications & Games. I'm not sure what to put for it.

Okay, I think I got it to work, I don't see the Linksys Setup anymore.
Other people still can't see my website, though.
My IP is: 99.197.70.254 |

I'm assuming you're running on port 80.
You have to know your server's internal IP address.
Then:
Application: Abyss
Start: 80
End: 80
Protocol: both
ip address: (server ip address 192.168.1.xxx)
enable: check it!
If you do this and still can't be accessed, you may have an ISP that blocks port 80. Who is your ISP? _________________ Stephen
