The company i work for do not allow you to get on to some web site(hotmail, ebay facebook) anything really that would pass time at work. As i am running abyss for my website which i can view from work, is there anyway of being able to browse the internet from my web site hopefully missing out my works blocking police.
Any help in this area would be great.

What you're talking about is a proxy server. There are many implementations you can choose from.
Phproxy: Download page
This one's as easy as unzipping a few files in your htdocs on your PHP-enabled web server.
