How much does Abyss cost for proffessional use?

Using Abyss Web Server (even in a buisiness environement) is absolutely free. But reselling Abyss Web Server or bundling it with other products is not allowed without Aprelium's prior authorization.
For more information, read the license that comes with Abyss Web Server.

I've read the license but i want to make sure that i get it.
Here's my case.
I want to use Abyss as a server on standalone computers (touchscreen kiosks) used with other software (PHP, MySQL, etc) to display products and information. This package is not resold to any 3rd parties and is only for the company. Am i allowed to?
Now what happens if i want to sell this package to 3rd parties? The only thing that changes is the customization of the information. I'm not specifically selling Abyss, nor do i touch the code of Abyss. I want to sell the whole package that does something and NOT each of the software that comprises the package.
In any case, Abyss's code is not modified in any way. It's just unzipped and ready to run, by modifying only the .conf file.

If that product is used inside company, there is no problem since your company is considered as the end user.

In the second case, you'll need to have an agreement with us.
Packaging Abyss in any way is not covered by the free license. The free license grants to the end user the right to download Abyss Web Server and to install it on your computer to use it free of charge. Unzipping the package and redistributing it is not allowed by that license and is not free since you're acting as a redistributor. Besides, the license clearly states that you cannot resell Abyss Web Server without our prior authorization.
Please contact contact@aprelium.com and describe your project to get a price quote for such a bundling license.
