Well I have found out that this error has something to do with perl and I have been looking into it and I have found no R.pl anywere in my perl so I think its just that I need R.pl but I cant find it.

go to the Abyss console and put in you username and password
then go to Server Configuration, then click the Advanced button, then go to C ...

ok now that everything is installed i cant get the boards page to come up like in the installers_guide it says that you should get an error or be taking the boards page i get neither and in my cgi.log ...

ok i got it i did the command install DB_File twice and it installed the second time.
