problem is fixed. some lines in the config.php
i.e. username/pass
db name
etc... needed to be setup. thanks for help

btw - i dunno how to search for script errors. i assumed turning off display_errors in the php.ini file is what u meant. i tried hat and it gave me like 4/5 mainfile.php errors and 2 dp.php errors

nope its in caps already hehe, and i dont see what the error could be, everything is a fresh install. and freshly configured.

gives me an error saying:
