this hopefully looks like the last of my problems.... hopefully.

I have stopped the service and got 'page cannot be displayed'
I started the service and got 'HTTP 403 (Forbidden)'

So My compute ...

Ok, i have a single static IP
70.20.211.31

but, every time i access the page i get HTTP403 "Forbidden"
anyway to fix this?

What values would i fill in for the port forwarding... regarding the TCP and UDP values.

My modem/router is a 'Westell Linksys Versalink model 327W'

4 port hub, u can get a lot more specifics from searching i'm sure.

so, if my main computer is on (the one it is installed on) is running the server, my laptop cannot access 127.0.0.1 correct?

is there any way to allow people from the internet to access 127.0.0.1? ...

Q: Can I access my webserver using my other computer + laptop (all 3 are connected via DSL modem)

I've opened ports 2102(website) and 9999(control pannel) on windows firewall and in the modem... bu ...
