I am not too sure why aprelium need an IRC channel anyway, what is wrong with a forum.
As iNaNimAtE has said the forum has more members and is properly administered.

Thats the thing, it is php 4. When I upgraded abyss it just started happening and I cant seem to do aything about it.

If your ISP is selling blocks of IPs they should have some setup details buried on their site. Basically, you turn off NAT and setup static routes for each IP afaik. What's the full model number for ... |

I did that and one of the proxy setting were checked. I used whatismyip.com and it said my ip was 217.42.220.190
