i use no-ip(www.no-ip.com) cause in germany static ip's are very expensive :(

if you want to check yourself if you web server is online go to your web address not your local ip

e.g. Local 127,0,0,1 or something like that and you ronline one
e.g. Online http://395,26,23,12 ...
