Which is the best FREE hosting control panel for windows!?!? I really liked Helm (web hosting automation makes it) but costs too much... I really have a budget :P... So anyone have one?

Is it possible to use nxPanel without IIS? I have Home, not Pro, so I do not have IIS... (Windows XP) Any suggestions? Or should I just use ZPanel?

No, but, that is the internal IP from my Router etc... (That IP will only work for me, my other IP will work for all, I have all necessary ports open for hosting etc.)
