|
|
I'm running:
Abyss Web Sevrer X1 v2.3
PHP-Nuke v7.8
The pre-configured, for Abyss web server, php5 interpreter
PhpMyAdmin v2.8.0.2
and
MySQL v5.0.19-nt
On Windows Xp home edition.
There are bugs left and right. I know I'm installing php-nuke correctly because Ive installed it at least 10 times on other servers from free hosting to paid and have never recieved any errors or bugs on them.
It must be either the PHP interpreter or MySQL that is not configured properly. I have not configured MySQL after the install and setup due to the fact that I have not found any information explaining what needs to be done in order to work with php-nuke.
Here is a link to my phpinfo page:

Yea, Windows updated while I was sleeping and ever since service pack 2 winows does not restart properly. It just doesnt shut down all the way.
I get no error messages, The bugs are things like not able to create users through the admin page, editing blocks does not take effect(They can be created and deleted) forums page does not display(blocks, header and footer still show up).
For the Forums not displaying, That is because of the 3.2 patch for php-nuke, the other site running on my server does show the forums.
Ive requested help on the Nuke Cops site but, they arent able to help.
http://www.kwchallenge.com is the site that has working forums.
http://unsclan.us.to/home/nuke is the site that doesnt. (this site is or testing out a theme that I am making).
Heres the link to the phpinfo page again:
