What help do you need? 768 kilobits per second upload = 70-80 kilobytes per second. You're getting the speed that you're paying for... _________________

You need to understand that Kbps and KB/s are two completely different measurements.
Kbps is Kilo-bits per second and is a mode of measurement for modems and network connections.
KB/s is Kilo-bytes per second and is a mode of measurement in windows and other applications, but is commonly used in download managers and browsers as well.
Kbps is used more widely when you select an internet connection, eg. 8Mbps (Mbps not Kbps). 8Mbps is NOT 8MB/s, which is a very common mistake. An 8Mbps connection will give you roughly 800KB/s download speeds.
You can work out the difference between the two...
Kbps to KB/s = Kbps / 8 (Kbps divided by 8)
KB/s to Kbps = KB/s * 8 (KB/s multiplied by 8)
As Anonymoose said, you are getting what you pay for as the speeds and measurements are common misconceptions. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)
