=O) The title says it all. I need to set permissions on XP Home under safe mode, and so I need to know which user(s) to give full control of my files.
Thanks! |

You can find the XP Account user if you look at the start menu. Click on the
current user to find all XP users within that menu area. Hopefully this helps.
Another way to get to the XP User Accounts.
Controle Panel -> User Accounts |

Okay, thanks!
I actually ended up going into safe mode and setting permissions to "Everyone." |

You shouldnt have to set permissions in safe mode. It should run happily in normal mode under administrator or limited user accounts. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)

The security tab isn't available unless under safe mode on XP home. I think it's different for Pro. |

But you shouldnt have to set permissions altogether. Ive used it on home before as a limited user and had no issues with permissions. _________________ Andy (AbyssUnderground) (previously The Inquisitor)
