I have searched the entire forum looking for the answer to my problem. I've read many postings but haven't found the answer I'm looking for.
I want to remotely access my console when I am away from home. I have a static IP and a Netgear router. I have my port 80 forwarded to the computer which is my server and I can view my web-pages with no problem. I have allowed access to all IP addresses but still can't get in. I can access the console from any computer on my network but not when I am away from home. What step am I missing?

Port 80 only allows access to the website(s) served by Abyss. You should also forward the console port (9999 by default) from the router to Abyss.

Don't forget to allow access to * in the console. By default, the console can only be accessed from 192.168.*.* and 127.0.0.1.
