If I understand you right, all you need to do is go to your router config and port forward to your system. You may or may not be able to access your server from your external IP, depending on whether or not your router supports loopback. |

Configure in the router port forwarding from external port 80 to the port 80 of 192.168.x.xxx . See the step-by-step tutorials in http://www.portforward.com for more help.
