...others outside my network cant.

Ive tried literally everything. Ill give some specs and as much info as I can so I can get this thing running ASAP.

The server is
Windows 98 SE
Abyss x1 Server

I'm using a Linksys WRT54G router. The port that the server is using has been opened (80). Ive tried other ports but they dont work. I can access the server on that computer and others on my network. Ive turned the Router firewall off, that didn't work. The Windows 98 computer doesnt have any firewalls whatsoever.

I've run out of things to try. Please help, if I dont get this figured out, I might just continue to bang my head against the desk.

Hmmm...... By "Others" do you mean everyone outside your network, or just some people?

What p3 actually meant to say:

davis09, take a look at the following link to make sure you forwarded the ports correctly...
http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Linksys/WRT54G/default.htm

Try forwarding ports 8080 or 8000 and see if they work.

I got it working... appearantly my ISP lied about blocking port 80. At least at works. If anyone wants to help me set this up for FTP it would be great.
