| Hello would my webserver run slow if im on 5mbps internet connection and my server computer is running windows 2000 has 80gb hard drive 200mhz and 128mb or ram? |

200Mhz is a little slow but its the same as mine and I see no problems. 5Mbps is fast enough but I assume thats download speed, not upload but it should have 256 - 512 Kbps upload so it should be fine.

If you're going to serve static pages, that's fine for Abyss.
If you're going to have a heavily dynamic site with PHP and MySQL for example, the processor speed will show its limits. PHP requires a a good share of processor resources and MySQL even more.
