| I'm using PIPEX and i need to have an IP address that never changes. Currently it changes every time i connect to Internet. Is their any software that will keep my IP the same? |

Its a dynamic IP so you will need to use No-IP.com or another website similar. This will let you update your IP to a domain every time it changes. You will get a sub-domain like http://you.no-ip.com.

| Can i get a free service that updates automatically? Or do i have to update it manually every time it changes? |

Thats what no-ip is. You need to download and setup their client and itll auto update your ip. www.dyndns.com is the best in my opinion :).
