I am wondering if there is a way to use Abyss directory protecting with a database so instead of adding users within the abyss consol which will get confusing after tons of members are added using a datbase instead so when someone tries to access the director eg: members/index.htm it will prompt them to login but look at a database instead.
If not is it ever going to support this in the future?

max_carpenter,
Such a feature can be added using a script. But we plan in the future to make the password protection more flexible and it will certainly offer a mode where logins/passwords are checked against a database or a flat file. _________________ Support Team

We have no ETA for this feature but we'll keep you (and other forum members) informed about its development. _________________ Support Team
