I had too much trouble installing the new versions of PHP and MySQL so i downloaded PHP something and MySQL 4.something. The PHP aspect works fine - good ol Aprelium Tech's guide did this one easy. And now im getting this error when i try to start phpmyadmin at "http://127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin/phpMyAdmin-2.6.2-pl1/"

What i am trying to achieve is to run ALP
I dunno why i got phpMyAdmin - it was in one of the tutorials, but neither phpMyAdmin or ALP run yet and phpMyAdmin gives a better explanation of whats wrong...

It looks like you havent got MySQL running if you are getting this error. You need to go to c:\mysql\bin\winmysqladmin.exe. Start the program and look for a green light in the task tray.
If you still have problems, go to www.TRUSTAbyss.com and look at the tutorial to install PHP and MySQL. It is very clear and you shouldn't have problems.
