Ok, get this.
I keep getting error 200 on one of my web pages.
I am using the SMF board. For the longest time it worked, but mysteriously it stopped working for me. It shows the sign on page, but when you try and sign on (from one of my computers) then next page is an error 200 page.
I already did a search and found that my globals are already set to on.
So I did a little troubleshooting.
When I try and access it from my computer serving the pages I get an error 200, but when I go next door and access from a friends computer it works fine. I then had a friend who lives in Illinois access, no problems, then I tried to access it again from any one of the 3 computers in my house, and guess what ERROR 200 again.
So then I go back to my friends house, and I don't get an error while on his machine.
What gives? |

Sophia,
It sounds as if there is here a problem in SMF. What is the exact version of SMF you're using and what is the URL that gives you this Error 200? We'll try to install it and try to reproduce the issue to understand what's happening. |

It sounds like there is an address hardcoded somewhere in your configuration options which means that it works outside your LAN but not inside your LAN - e.g. using your external IP/domain name for some section of the configuration.
Have you recently upgraded the board or any of your networking gear e.g. router? |

ok, so I upgraded to the new server.
I was a little hesitant to upgrade because I finally new the old server inside and out.
Well I upgraded and the error went away.
Now, I have to figure this new one out.
Any tutorials on the new one yet? |

You can try mine but Aprelium still provides its own installation for PHP and
those other scripting languages , its up to you which one you want to try. :)
