i am using Abyss web server on my Windows 2000 Server Edition (uhm..dont ask i'm trying all the options i can) anyways.. i installed this thing and i can access the index.htm (the one set there by default) with the adress http://127.0.0.1:8000 which i think its set by default.. ok.. now what ADRESS (cuz i know they can't access with that one set by default) can someone who is NOT on a LAN access my web server??
... more like what thing does someone else has to type in so they can access (i tried my ip address but somehow it doesnt seem to work... and i forgetting something?)
Did i make myself clear or...not??? :S.... well if anyone helps i will really appreciate it... |
