Only port :80 not working!

Hi,

I've installed YaBB Gold SP 1.3.2 (an open-source-forum) on my Abyss Webserver X1 on my own PC (winXP) to host a small forum for our community. I'm behind a router, so I assigned port 80 (http) to my privat ip. And like that the forum ran for 3 days very nice! But today I had to restart my PC, and after the restart I encountered a very strange problem:
If I browse to my online domain, (one from www.dyndns.org) I get a "Couln't connect to server" error, and it seems that port 80 absolutely isnt reachable over the net (also if I go over *my_ip*:80). But I can acces my webserver's console (my_ip:9999) and also if I choose in that console, that the http port should be e.g. :81, then I can acces the forum's index over *my_ip*:81, but port 80 just doesnt work and I got no idea, why. I dont use any s/w firewalls or other blocking progs. So I dont get, why this problem just turned up. And I dont have the possibility to turn port 81 to the http port for eternety, cos if I then go to the forum, all the images arent loaded, and I cant acces links.

So do you know, why port 80 doesnt work anymore? Or how I can put 81 as the standart port?

you need to check your settings in the router, there must be something blocking your port 80.
to let your forum run fine on port 81, you need to change your adress in the forum admin cp, and put :81 behind your adress in the settings, also for the images/attachments/html adress.

Well this is a very strange thing... I put out Sygate firewall, so that everything runs fine already a week ago, but it seems that after the reboot smc.exe restartet again, but without showing up in the tsakbar.

And IT, this stupid little prog was responsible for all this sh*t...
