My ip keeps changing

Thanks in advance..

I have set my router (linksys router)

Start IP Address: 192.168.1.100
Number of Address: 50
DHCP Address Range: 192.168.1.100 to 192.168.1.149

There are no ports opened yet in the router's setup.

Other then that, my firewall, ZoneAlarm is set to allow Abyss to act as a server.

I'm pretty sure my setup is wrong, however my other problem is that my ip is dynamic..

At first, this afternoon, my ip was 192.168.1.100 (command promp ipconfig)
I was able to see the default index page by entering http://192.168.1.100:6000/.
Later tonight, I did another ipconfig and ended up with a different ip
http://192.168.1.101:6000/ and it still worked after typing that in the address bar.

go to www.no-ip.com then download the free version and you will have a name that will be automaticly updated from any ip you may have it works great and is free.

do you think you would have time to tell me if the default index page
